As a creative builder and change agent, Marcella’s mission is to promote a human centered healthcare system, built on empathy and radical collaboration where each patient is recognized and treated as an individual with unique experiences, hopes and expectations; where each patient is respected for the expertise that they can bring to the table, is empowered, engaged and has a voice in their own care.
