Kevonna Hayes

Senior Program Coordinator

Kevonna Hayes is the Senior Program Coordinator at Greater Gift. Kevonnas’ role in the organization encompasses marketing, public relations, developing strategic relationship, community engagement and more. She has a passion for integration and working with the community, both locally and globally. As a new employee at Greater Gift, she is excited to be able to show gratitude to the medical heroes who participate in clinical research while making an impact on the lives of children at the same time.

Formerly, she worked as a Sleep Technologist, for a private practice in Connecticut where she learned the fundamentals of sleep medicine and pulmonary care. Her passion and love for developing the communication of health messaging to patients grew from her time at the position. Kevonna has worked at the Leadership and Legacy Group as the Marketing and Communications coordinator where she strategically developed the messaging for the brand.

She has recently received two Master's degrees from High Point University in Health Communication and in Public Relations. During her graduate program, Ms. Hayes won the National Communication Association award for her outstanding work throughout the course of her program. She has also won Overall Best Research, Visual and Verbal Presentation at a Graduate Research Symposium. Kevonna has worked on projects for the ‘Willed Body Campaign’ at High Point University that sheds education and light on body donation for the development of medical students’ skills and has interned at World Relief High Point where she worked with a team to develop a campaign and launch the collection of home good items for newly arriving refugees. Kevonna’s passions include community development, health education, and developing her inner chef. She also holds a Bachelor’s degree in Advertising and Public Relations from the University of Hartford where she served as a staff writer for the newspaper.

Elizabeth Dasher

Administrative Assistant

Elizabeth Dasher, “Beth”, is the Administrative Assistant at Greater Gift. Beth will support the Founder, Executive Director, and Senior Program Coordinator to facilitate the daily workings of the office while handling communications and donations for the organization. 

Beth’s extensive work with non-profit organizations drew her to the mission of Greater Gift. She is the former Treasurer and Past President of the Junior League of High Point. While with the League Beth was extensively involved with its finances and fundraising efforts to support local projects. Currently, she serves as the Treasurer for Mobile Meals of High Point. Within Mobile Meals she manages the investments, bills, and deposits. Beth is new to Greater Gift team and is very excited to be in an environment where her passion for non-profits can continue to grow and flourish. 

In the corporate world, Beth formerly worked for Wachovia (Wells Fargo) as a Marketing Manager where she supported the investments area of the company. Prior to moving to High Point, NC, she worked for eight years as a municipal bond sales liaison for Smith Barney in Philadelphia. 
Beth holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from Chestnut Hill College. She enjoys tennis, reading and running. 

Chiedza Mushayamunda

Program Coordinator Intern

Chiedza Mushayamunda, Chie for short, is joining Greater Gift as the Program Coordinator Intern. In this role, she will work with the Founder, as well as with the Senior Program Coordinator to complete projects for the organization. Chie is a native of Winston-Salem and is a rising Senior at Wofford College where she is studying English and Business.

She is an active leader who has served as an Honor Council Representative, a student government representative her Freshman and Sophomore years, as well as student government Vice President. She also has successfully chaired the Special Events Committee for Wofford Activities Council. Further, Chie has interned at ABC of NC, a therapeutic and diagnostic center for children on the autism spectrum, as a social media intern, consulting to improve the organization’s social media presence and involvement. She has successfully launched and pitched an app, Sides, which she co-created as a way to connect the Wofford College community.

She studied at Charles University in Prague, Czech Republic. She has served the Spartanburg community by volunteering over 1400 hours in the Bonner scholars program.

Chie’s family has heavily influenced her service mentality. Over 18 years ago, the Mushayamunda family founded the Mushayamunda Christian Development Foundation, a Zimbabwe based nonprofit, which works to support residents of Mushayamunda Village and surrounding areas. Many of the foundation’s projects have been centered around well drilling, medical care clinics as well as sponsoring widows and sending orphans to school.
